Innovative thinking and working to design effective change solutions are the roots of the Pink Tree approach.

Working with leaders and teams to explore issues and challenges they are experiencing using facilitation and creative thinking techniques to develop a focussed, innovative and workable approach to deal with them. Not through mimicry or repetition but developing the understanding and abilities to actually perform, in difficult complex circumstances, confidently.

There can be times when you are working so hard that you cannot see the wood for the trees, it can be frustrating and it can be counter productive to actually getting things done…I know, I have been there too!!!!

We won’t tell you what want to hear. We will help you listen to what you need to hear and/or think about.
